Hey! We’re the Hollers and we lead the Pleasant Valley Community Group. We met in the eastern pandhandle of WV in a hospital of all places. We married, moved to Fairmont and started attending Crossroads. I (Seth) work as a cancer pharmacist while Cass is caring for our little girl. As a family, we enjoy travel, walks/hikes, games, and sports.
As a community group, we aim to grow together in Christ with the church family God has given us by sharing meals and our lives, studying scripture, and practicing the mission Jesus has given us.
The missional focus of our group is Pleasant Valley and Whitehall. Our group has lots of younger kids! We meet on Wednesday’s at 6:30, either at a members home or the church building. We would love to meet you and walk together.
Locust Avenue

Hello! We’re the Gardners and we lead the Locust Community Group. We met at Fairmont State University while we were both in college and have since gotten married, graduated, got jobs, had two crazy boys, and started attending Crossroads. I (Lucas) work as a civil engineer while Hailee does the hard work of keeping up with the boys. As a family, we enjoy playing board games, being outside, and tackling projects around our house.
As a community group, we aim to grow together in Christ with the friends God has given us by sharing meals and game nights together, studying scripture, and practicing the mission Jesus has given us. The missional focus of our group is FSU, and as a new group, we are trying to establish a presence on campus and relationships with Students for the glory of God. We meet on Mondays at 6:00, either at our home or at FSU (both near Locust Avenue). We would love for you to join us!
White Hall

Jared and Emma lead the White Hall community group. They have been at Crossroads for nearly 8 years, and the church has played an important part in their lives: They met at Crossroads, got married at Crossroads, and are raising their son at Crossroads.
The White Hall community group meets on Thursdays from 6:30pm-8:00pm, with a focus on studying the Bible together, praying for one another, and singing to the Lord together. The group also has a missional focus on the city of Fairmont to pursue Fairmont’s good so God can spread His gospel. We would love for you to join us!
Bridgeport/ Clarksburg

Hey! My wife, Amanda, and I have two older daughters and one High Schooler. We met in college (Liberty University) and moved to Pleasant Valley in 2011. We lead the Bridgeport/Clarksburg community group and love to see everyone in a group where they can grow in the knowledge and grace of Jesus. We also love having a place where you can begin new relationships and deepen existing ones with one another. My wife grew up here in Lost Creek, WV. I married her, and we moved to Texas and Oklahoma but came “home” to Fairmont in 2011. Our group has people of all ages and stages of life (similar to all of our groups) and you are welcome to join ours to get plugged in!
We have a different food theme every week and spend the first 30 minutes relaxing with a meal together. After that, we rotate between going over the most recent sermon to apply the gospel to our lives and then nights that celebrate fun and friendships. We strategically plan
events throughout the year where we get to interact with our community to share the gospel with those around us. We’d love for you to join our group!
